How?
Starting with the rope behind you, pull it up and over your head. Next, perform a right Swing (that usually leads to a Cross) with an uncrossed loop. Keeping your right arm extended a little, perform a second swing and allow the rope to wrap over your right wrist (or forearm). Then, draw a rainbow at hip level and swing the rope past your left side to unwrap the rope from your wrist. Your left wrist will be restricted underneath your right arm. As the rope comes out in front of you, tuck your left wrist into your right pocket and jump the rope in a Cross, scooping evenly with both wrists. Finally, exit the Cross back into an Open.
Why?
All wraps are based on the same four simple steps in this skill. And the best part is, you can learn almost the whole thing without jumping, making it a perfect active rest day challenge.
