All jump ropes are made to order and built by hand in the UK head office. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed, prepared and dispatched.
Except where otherwise stated, estimated shipping times begin once the item has been shipped, not from the day the order was placed.

International 5-7 business daysExpress shipping is available in only 1-3 days for £24.99. Not in a rush? We also a budget option for only £7.99. For this method, batches are sent every 7-10 days from the UK HQ to our US dispatch point. From there, orders are ship onwards via USPS locally. Altogether, shipping times from initial diapatch to final delivery are usually 12-15 days.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. These estimates are based on information provided by the couriers themselves, and are subject to delays due to customs clearances and other disruptions.
Fulfilment emails are automatically sent in some cases at the time a consignment is booked, so the time of this email’s reception does not reflect the point in time from which the shipping time has commenced. Where provided, check the tracking provided for real-time shipping updates.

Royal Mail shipping aims to deliver within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays., regardless of whether you paid for tracking.1st Class Class Royal Mail is not a tracked service. After your fulfilment email has been sent, no further update will be provided. Although tracking is not included, loss of goods is extremely rare.
Paid for tracking? You order will be shipped via ‘24 Tracked’ which aims to deliver the next day (subject to whether your order is dispatch in the morning or afternoon). Your tracking number can be found in your account order history.

Tracked shipping is handled by USPS (non-urgent) or Fedex (urgent). Your tracking number can be found in your account order history.International
Economy shipping is not a tracked service and, after your fulfilment email has been sent, no further update will be provided. For tracked shipping, the courier used for your shipment will depend on the destination country. Your tracking number can be found in your account order history. -

International shipping can sometimes be expensive and subject ot frequent change. If no shipping options are offered for your country, get in touch for a quotation.

Delays will occur if shipping information is not provided accurately.
Shipments returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to, but not limited to, missing information or incomplete information will incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.
The Jump Rope Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse or issue replacement orders a refund on any orders where incomplete or inaccurate shipping information resulted in the inability to successfully ship an order or due to an order being lost in transit because of incomplete shipping information being provided. Replacement orders may only be offered at The Jump Rope Company Ltd’s discretion and will incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.
If you pay for the incorrect shipping option or place your order from the wrong store (such that shipping fees and sales taxes are inappropriately applied) your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be contacted to re-place the order correctly.

The Jump Rope Company Ltd reserves the right to provide replacements or issue refunds until claims are accepted by the postal service.

International
Orders placed via our distributors are not subject to import tax or custom duties in most circumstances. Some international orders will be subject to import taxes, duty fees and other related fees upon, or before, your item’s arrival in your country.Europe and the EU
Despite the UK leaving the EU in 2020, most European customers will not be subject to import taxes and duty fees due to our European distributor based inside the EU. However, some select countries are not covered by our European distributor. Check here for more information.Any such fees are due separately and The Jump Rope Company Ltd is not liable for these costs; these are your responsibility to pay.
Delays at customs may occur due to unpaid additional fees, and in some cases your order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping costs incurred due for orders returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to your inability to pay import taxes will be your responsibility to pay. Refunds will not be accepted on orders that have been returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to being undeliverable on the basis of unpaid additional fees. Please check the tax rates in your country before placing your order as they vary by region.
