If you did not pay for tracking or a tracked service, such as 1st Class Royal Mail, then I will not be able to track your order or provide an update on its status.
Claims for lost orders have minimum time windows before they be raised with the postal/courier services. If a claim is submitted for a suspected lost shipment, a replacement may not be offered and sent until a claim has been accepted. Your patience in this process is greatly appreciated.
