The best thing about jump rope is the infinite amount of skills that there are to try and to learn. The bad thing about jump rope is how taxing this can be on your body if you’re jumping everyday. Some days you just need something with a little less impact. These combos are specifically designed for that, as they contain no jumping at all but still plenty of variety to give your brain a workout.
