Catch Combos

A jumper traditionally stops their rope using a toe catch with both feet. This catch may be stylised in many ways to either end a sequence or reverse the rope’s direction. Once you’ve learned some catches, try out these combos and tag @thejumpropecoachchris & @nate_kg on Instagram when you get them!
