Multiples are skills where the rope completes two or more revolutions around the jumper’s body in a single jump.
Coach Chris’s Top Tips
✅ Keep your hands low and close to your hips
✅ Scoop behind you when your arms are crossed
✅ Pull your hands back to your pockets using your elbows as you uncross
‼️ Avoid leaning forward and over-reaching
‼️ Avoid using your top/front hand more than your bottom hand
